Just started back at Walmart and they mentioned that key days like mothers and fathers day cannot be called off with being handed two points. Keep in mind 5 points is termination. My dads already dead, moms still around but imagine not calling in and your mom dies and you didn’t have that last mothers day with her because malwart “needed” you. I have a bunch of other things but this has been bothering me. No consideration.
