Can’t stand my job anymore, should I give notice or just quit?

Basically the title. I've been working as a package handler for about seven months now and am just sick and tired of how things are done at work. And now they tell me they're adding even more to our workload starting after the 4th of July. It gives me terrible anxiety just thinking of having to go to work there again, and I feel like enough is enough.

My question is, do I really need to give a proper two weeks notice (and thus subject myself to the struggle for two more weeks) or should I just cut ties immediately and spare myself the hassle? I've always tried my best to be professional when leaving a job but I just don't know if I can handle that this time around. Any advice or opinions would be helpful
