Striking is a powerful solution, but so is withholding your money! Looking at an earlier post, many people are scared of losing their jobs. So am I!
But that doesn't mean doing nothing. Part of the strike is stopping your spending – no shopping, no restaurants, no more being stomped on like we're not even human.
I personally will be stocking up on groceries and not spending a dime from Sunday May 8th to Sunday May 14th, and I hope you all will join me. If corporations can spend money as “free speech” then so can we, and together, we can make it roar.
