To cut the long story short my company has hired a new consultant/boss. He has gotten rid of 80% of staff and put extra work load on me. My pay has risen 30% but I can’t tolerate being in the same work environment as him. Is it a good idea to change jobs regardless of income? I am single and don’t really need loads of money. I also have a degree, and this job has nothing to do with it.
