Hey antiworkers, another folk here looking for some advice.
Goal: have some insights and thoughts about my career and how I can stop working as soon as possible.
Context: I have been in the industry for the last 5 years now, Project Management/IT related. Even though I don't have that many years of experience, I got a job in a fairly good and stable corp in USA as Supervisor/IT Project Manager (I do have technical background but I don't code or do anything related to architecture, software, databases) I only delegate and manage the team. They are paying me a fine amount of money leaving me with $1000 – $1500 free by the end of the month.
It's a remote job, they do not micromanage, it's chilled. I will just go straight to the point, I don't spend many hours on it and it lets me travel around as digital nomad. , but… I don't love the job (who would) and I don't have a strong financial base yet.
Here is the thing, I am in my mid-20s and I think I could get a better paid job (even though I find it not that easy working in IT as the technical and business communication channel and not actually coding). By the other hand, I am pretty sure I could just stay in this company for +4 years and just be comfy.
I have been trying to build a startup or another source of income to have a better financial stability and just to be able to quit whenever I want (I am financially free, so theoretically I can right now), I just want to keep traveling around, have liquidity and something for investments.
I am also investing in stocks and crypto.
