I’m finally leaving my toxic work environment tomorrow.
I highly recommend documenting and possibly getting a lawyer involved. I work for a huge company and was discriminated against by a peer I considered my best friend. Because we are women, the men, including my boss just thought women were being women. The difference was, I was terminal and she was just an insecure bitch.
I survived and found my dream job and she’s now got everything she dreamed of- hope it tastes super sweet.
Beware while you’re sick, dirtbags will take advantage.
