So I am currently working at a job and currently looking for another job for better raise. However, a company I applied for called me and sent me an email while on the phone and I accidentally opened it on my current work computer. My work computer has a screen tracker software that takes screenshot and record my screen every 3 minutes or something. I am afraid they might see it. What should I do?

I feel exploited.
I feel exploited by my work, even though I make good money. I just found out that they never mentioned it during interviews and training, but I'm supposed to manage 120 homeless clients, and house a quarter of them. In this economy, I'm supposed to find available housing for 30 people. By June. I make $19/hour in California. I'm looking for a job that pays more with a less demanding caseload.
Paid sick leave/vacation time
Hypothetically, in New York, if an employee puts in a 2 week notice, are they entitled to a payout for any left over paid sick leave or vacation time? I work for a small employer who doesn't inform any of us how much paid time off we have accrued, theyre kind of hush hush about those things. We get a week paid vacation, but by NYS state law we also accrue 1hr of paid sick leave for every 30 hours worked. My friend who's quitting wants to know if he's entitled to a payout for any leftover paid sick leave, or vacation time he did not use. Any help or insight would be appreciated
I recently was hired to work for a company that handles how shall I say, less than capable or desirable people are helped by us to find volunteer opportunities or part time employment. The problem is I was never told that part of my job would be watching somebody clean tables at mcdonald's all day, and showing them how to mop, sweep and clean toilets, basically doing half the work for them. 2 different employees have wondered why I even work here and told me I can do better.
Brain fog after work
I costantly have brain fog after 9 to 5 job. Specifically increase on Friday. Then saturday and sunday, I feel gradually more on focus. What is the job doing to us?
“We are here to build relationships, morale, and community through fun social gatherings and events” I hate corporate America so much, this was just posted in the intercompany social media they made(yes, I have work social media that's only for work people). How tone deaf are they really? That's really what they're going to name the employee appreciation committee? I get this is semantics and some trash to complain about but it's just so screwed up that they pay below the cost of living to live anywhere within a two hour radius of the office, say it's because they offer good benefits, keep us living pay check to pay check, but this “company comrades” committee is supposed to make work more bearable by what, brining carnival games to the office once a year? Neat.
