Wrong Sized McFlurry
My husband took me through the drive thru just now to get a Shamrock Oreo McFlurry and we ordered a large to split. We get up to the window and the kid hands him a regular one. I immediately went, 'This isn't a large,' as I looked up and made eye contact with this kid's most terrified eyes. I suddenly remembered some of the insane stories I've read on here and I said, 'Just kidding, it is, let's go!' and we left. I can't believe it's like this. I can't believe that kid was that scared. Of me, of his boss for making the wrong size, whatever it is, he is not paid enough by any means. Kids shouldn't be entering into this hostile workforce where they are scared. Working should be about learning new things and contributing to your community. It shouldn't be so terrifying.
Today I was informed by someone who knows my boss personally that my boss will watch the cameras and LISTEN to our conversations while she is at home. None of the employees have any knowledge of this. We have always known they watch the cameras but we had no idea they could hear. We all feel so weird and violated by this.
