I seem to be stuck in an endless loop. I need a job to be able to live, then I get one, then I slowly start to lose my mind as I hate the work and my boss treats me like trash, I become more and more depressed, it starts to affect my work, I start making excuses to not go in, I lose my job, And now I need a job again. It is just so frustrating that I get forced into doing something that makes me miserable.

Dont know what to do

The company seemed really good, but now I find out that a lot of people have been quitting and I guess that was the reason that they were hiring in the first place (which they told me they were expanding btw). Today the head manager was transferred to another position (TBD), apparently for personal reasons but his reaction to the news led me to believe otherwise. I feel like everything is going to shit, I work on the service/installation engineer area of vey specific industry and I honestly don't know enough of the equipment to make it work, more than half the team is new and is in the same position as me or worse. It's not been a long time since I'm…
