I recently completed my Master’s degree in a field that complements the organization I work for and would allow for growth. It is kind of a niche field so for anonymities sake I will not be mentioning what my degree is in. Before I started my degree, I was told how this field is lacking workers and upon graduation we would all have our pick of the litter. I started connecting with hiring managers within and outside my organization 2 months prior to graduation to see what I need to be ready to step into this field upon graduation. A little back history I have been with this organization for over four years and worked my way up from the bottom. I connected with hiring managers in my desired field with roles that were considered the same level I currently am. After talking with several managers I am told that…
Life is BS
My wife is amazing! She constantly makes me feel like I'm an equal in our life. I was fired from a temp job that I had for 2 years. When I told the company I was working for I was not going to work a third year as a temp they decided not to take up my contract for another year she told me f them you're worth it. She has supported me since. I've been talking care of our apartment (cleaning, laundry, food, ect) She always takes time to appreciate my efforts. Never once has she made me feel less than what I am. I know we're all in this together. Find your real partner! Life is more than the grind. You're worth it, all of us are!
Do not be fooled.

I don't get it. Like if you are healthy and able you should be making a good income that can support yourself. I get it times are hard and prices of everything are going up BUT there are so many jobs out there that pay six figures. A lot of them are trades like electrician, IT's, plumbers etc. I get it not everyone likes these jobs, the fact remains these jobs exist and its your choice not to learn a trade that pays well. I don't get how people aren't earning a decent income when there is such a shortage of tradesmen. When people say “BuT I dOnT LiKe ThAT jOB” my response is: well do you like struggling to pay your bills? The people that complain are always the one that HATE their jobs AND don't get decent pay. Ideally you want a balance between a job you and…
Get off your asses

We can have as many employees as we need and millions more by just opening immigration from Mexico to the US and I bet they all will not mind being vaccinated
