How the turn tables!
I am a software engineer currently interviewing with a few different companies and I am expecting to receive an offer for more than $140k. I don't say this as a brag, but it is relevant to the point I am about to make. I am super excited for this offer to come in because it will allow me to do the following things: Buy a house Retire before 60 Save for my kids future Afford healthcare Take a vacation every once in a while Invest in my hobbies and interests I have just been thinking about how amazing all of these different things are and how much this is going to positively impact my life and then I realized… WTF? My coworker is upset I was injured because I was doing something I wasn't trained to do. I didn't get injured because of lack of training or anything I just tripped. I hate the guilt you get when getting hurt. How dare I report a significant injury (just fell wrong) obtained while doing a dangerous chemical charge. Don't even want to go back to work and deal with the guilt and talk behind my back.

So I stopped doing the jobs and they didn't get done so the manager dragged us all into the staff room, shouted a lot and said if they didn't get done we'd all get a write up. Lol what.
