A lady posted on Facebook detailing her experience of a recent, unjustified termination (with photo evidence). She was a loyal employee that had worked there for years, never late, never called out. After experiencing car troubles with no alternative transportation solutions she first got her shift covered and approved by management, then called out for the above reasons.
The owner who was out of country on vacation caught wind of the situation and fired the employee over text. Completely unprofessional, disrespectful and with lack of empathy.
Our community here in town has absolutely obliterated their ratings by giving one star reviews and trashing the owner for her actions. It's now at a 3.5.
