Was supposed to start working for Celsius Network, as a senior dev. Night (around 10pm) before I was supposed to start, I got email from them, saying they are terminating my contract!!
Tried to call the recruiter that I was in contact with, her phone was turned off. Tomorrow when I finally reached her, she said that they are terminating all the (tens of) new hires due to “crypto meltdown”!?! Wtf? Soo unprofessional. I resigned my previous position, was ready to start, and they cancel my contract over an email, the night before I start!! Can’t find the proper words to describe how I feel now.
