So my CEO sent out a message of thanks for thanksgiving for 2 members of my team. How they improved the business processes, and I just can’t help but feel a bit jealous. Number one I also made a business process improvement and received commendations from my direct supervisor, but not the CEO. Also, one of the team members who did receive the thanks from I had previously did his role about two years ago, and during that time I improved the business process so much that all the team member had to do is update it with the 2022 numbers in and add his name to it. Next one on one meeting with my supervisor I’m going to explain my disappointment since I wasn’t included in the thanks as well…
