So I have been in my current role for about 2 years. I utilized my company's tuition reimbursement to go back and get a Bachelor's degree. I don't know if she has any degree tbh?? My manager and I have had a good relationship up to the company wide annoucemnet i got a bachelor's degree. Since then she seems to be nitpicking my work and I can't do anything right. Any advice would be fantastic on how to handle. Thank you.
