Just started a retail position at menards 18$ an hour. Holy shit its bad, my legs and feet ache like hell, i work 9 hour shifts 5 times a week. Wondering if i should switch to part time so i dont work 40 hours(more like 35) im 18 yearsold in a gap year living with my mom so its not like id be homeless without the job. Plus i told my boss i wanna work 8 hour shifts and it got ignored completely
