During childcare class at school I was required to do 4 weeks work placement at a Childcare. Once a day the carers would set up 5 tables with various 'work' activities for the kids to do so they learn what a job is, if a kid would ask “can I play with that one”, they where told “no it's WORK not PLAY”. These are 3-4 year olds… Jesus Christ just let them enjoy freedom while they can!
