Chips are going to collapse the company

I work at one of the largest live event companies in the world. I make $13/hr basically doing 75% of the work necessary for a show to happen. I have a lot of issues with my job but I love music and this is the only job I could get in the industry. I have a degree and loads of great work experience. I feel like I'm extremely underappreciated and being taken advantage of. We occasionally travel to other cities across the state to help them staff shows. Today, after a 3 hour ride to the other venue, a supervisor was giving a preshift speech where he said that people aren't allowed to take more than one little bag of chips per shift because people are taking too many and if they have to keep buying $100-$200 of snacks a show, we're gonna start seeing that money coming out of…

I can't believe this mfer literally threatened our wages over a couple chips. Needless to say we all took about 5 bags each since we have a now 3.5 hour ride home. Fuck that guy.
