Our office is having financial issues (pay 10 days late last month) and little to no work going on. 2 of 7 employees resigned this week. I've been ISO other work too but nothing yet. Offered by management today to cut my hours to 20/week or layoff to draw unemployment. 20h per week grosses $500. Unemployment grosses $326 max. What should I do???
