Anyone else in the industry tired of bullshit management, untrustworthy staff,( and absolute untrained asswipes who cant tell the difference between an eggplant & a fucking lime )ridiculous hours, overheated,unventilated work environment, Yet expected to push 110% through the shift like youre taking care of the queen of fucking england. ( 108 in the kitchen the other day, (osha violation) with kitchen staff fainting & treated like a bunch of damn slaves. How are you supposed to thrive & support yourself/family while expected to pull 60+ hour weeks in these conditions?! Bounced restaraunt to restaraunt hoping to find a “home” and have found fuck all.
