I work at a restaurant/grocery store place. I'm pretty new, and it's my first job. However, I close in 2 days I've heard that the manager makes you stay after you've clocked out so everyone can leave at once. Is this legal? I live in Oklahoma, if that's any help. I just wanted to know, because I don't wanna clock out at 12 but stay for another hour/hour and a half. I'd rather be able to head home to sleep then sit around waiting.
