I’m currently looking for a co-op placement/apprenticeship and I had a couple promising conversations with one place that I thought would be great to work at. However the employer I’ve been talking to has stood me up twice now.
The first time I had arranged to come in and learn a bit about the place and talk to everyone there, but when I got there the employer who i made the arrangements with was not there and nobody else even knew I was coming so I got told to come back.
Then today, I had arrangements to meet again with the employer (this time they were the ones who told me to come today) because I am supposed to be starting my Co-op placement next week and still have not been able to set in stone whether I’d be able to work there. But, again when I got there today they were not there and I got told the same thing.
