I have someone I work with who is just a horrible person. They're rude and mean and yell at me. I am unable to avoid them as I work with/below them.
I have recently decided enough is enough and I'm reporting her to me boss. We don't have HR so all I can do is repert her to my boss and tell him that he needs to speak with her. The issue is that he loves her. She can do no wrong and is perfect despite how she treats other people.
I'm going to sit down with him and tell him that she's speaks to me in an unprofessional manner that I will not accept and tell him he needs to speak with her.
My work isn't really a professional setting and neither is my boss so I'm expecting him to say nothing or just make it worse but I'm not going to do nothing either.
Does anyone have any advise about situations like this??
