I work at a nursing home and was asked by admin to leave a 5 star review on Google/Yelp to enter a raffle.

I work at a nursing home and there were several occasions that admin asked employees to leave a glowing review on yelp or google for a chance to win something.. im thinking are they allowed to do this? Is this an issue with HR? Almost all reviews on Yelp did get flagged as ‘not recommended’ because employees would reveal that they work there and that doesn’t align with yelps reviewing policies.
