This morning I quit a temp job I had started recently at a fashion brand because it was such a bad experience. The managers barely paid me any mind and the other co-workers who weren’t even in charge of me had me doing tasks that weren’t even in my job description. The pay wasn’t good either, it honestly makes no sense to me why they would hire one person to do such a crazy job. They had stuffed me in a fashion closet that was really hot and a huge fire hazard, I’m shocked I didn’t get hurt. The job description did say I would be working in the fashion closet but this was basically a extremely unsafe room. Even though I want to get into fashion I do not think this is worth the experience. I’m sure there will be better roles out there that can help get into the field!
