I work with a lady who’s pretty much told me I deserve less money than her because she is a mother and i’m only young with no kids (i’m a youth worker.) every day at work she deep cleans the house for no apparent reason (no one else does this except her)
I had already cleaned up today and when she gets back from an errand she asked if i’d cleaned which i obviously said yes to. she then proceeds to check all the rooms huff and puff, passive aggressively slam doors and then starts taking out 1/4 full bin bags, scrubbing the bathroom and toilet with a toothbrush wiping down, benches i had already cleaned. wtf do i do with this?
she is literally gossiping about me telling my co workers who don’t really like her either that i’m not “supporting her with cleaning”. i’m honestly at a complete loss. I have only 2 shifts with her a fortnight but she is so miserable to be around im honestly getting tired of dealing with her passive aggression.
