I pulled in to my job's parking lot yesterday. Almost everyone was in for the day. There is one spot in our parking lot where you can pull through the rest have curb stop dividers. I see no one's parked there so I go to park in the spot. My car is about 3/4 in when my co-worker drives the nose of their car to face mine. I wait a little to see if they realize i was already there. I know this certain co-worker is inconsiderate most days so after a couple of seconds I reverse out and then have to awkwardly park right next to them in a non-spot. They park, then slam their car door and beelines for our office building. I am a little behind them and as I try heading into the building all the doors are locked meaning they have locked every single door behind them as they entered. I have never had an issue with this co-worker before (except over hearing them say snippy comments to other employees) ..the rest of the work day was brutal we were short staffed as most places are and everything that needed two people to complete took forever because they would pretend they didn't hear us asking or that they didn't see their messages. By the end of the day it was clear whatever is going on with them is escalating i.e. passive agression, blatant rude comments, going out of their way to make things difficult. We all were walking on eggshells.. Not really sure how to handle this.
