One of my incredible team leaders is leaving her role after 37!! Years in the same department? Why? Because she has been treated terribly (but especially in the last 2 years). Makes you realise if they can treat a work veteran and incredible powerhouse of a woman like shit, they can do it to me who has been here for 2 years.
