Hi I started a new job and I am a bit slow at the job and everything has kinda set times for things to be done. It's only a 4hour shift and I've had about 5 colleagues saying I should be coming in early for myself to get a head start. I was training today and I started 15 minutes early. The person training me was huffing saying she has missed her bus because she usually has everything done half an hour before we finish shift and that I should be coming in earlier which we do not get paid for. Management praised me for coming in a lot earlier recently. But a lot of colleagues keep saying i should be starting earlier but it's not paid for. But it's also hard to have everything done in the 4 hours. I don't know what to do.
