Coming to terms with work

I’m having a hard time coming to terms with working. I (32f) have been working since I was 12. I never minded it, I always did things outdoors and things that mattered. I now work for an event (sports entertainment mainly) company where the hours/physical toll is just not sustainable, but it pays well. I don’t really care about the purpose of this job but have no other real qualifications to do anything else. The jobs I can think about loving and feeling purposeful in the past are very low paying. I feel locked into what I’m doing because it affords me a way of life that I wouldn’t have otherwise. I always thought I would thrive in a CO-OP style way of living, as I thrive on team work and community, but have never come across the opportunity to take that on.
