The case alleges that Commonwealth Financial shorted their sick days, overtime pay, and hourly wages.
Payout approx 75k+ including lawyer fees.
The case was heard in San Diego Superior Court.
What's interesting about this, is that this particular firm loves to “brag” about being the best place to work — but if they're not paying you right, it's the opposite isn't it?
Bad press for bad deeds.
