Companies going bankrupt…

I think it is funny to watch businesses struggle to retain good employees. Many businesses thought the pandemic was the hard part. They forgot about inflation and how to deal with it. Instead of focussing on profits and a good work environment they often blamed lower level employees for mistakes that managers or owners are responsible for and now are worried that no one wants to work for them. This is just the beginning of the purge. Many companies will go out of business in the next year and as they should. This is good for the economy and the work force. Owners and managers need to do a better job if they want to compete with other companies by providing livable wages and maintaining a profit with a healthy/safe work environment.
