I experienced my first unemployment claim but my ex-company is claiming misconduct, I was randomly let go on budget cuts (mid-late 20s). I worked an ok corporate job in finance that finally put me over the 50k mark in earnings but was the newest and youngest hire in the department but this unemployment thing where they have to provide evidence and its been 2 weeks is kind of lame. If I was to pick up a part time job until I get another salary position I could be fined or not given my full unemployment. It's only been 1 month of being unemployed and I've had many interviews but this unemployment system is odd.
