Earlier this year my company capped bonuses. It affected majority of the staff, including managers (me). Shortly after I moved locations, more employees and responsibilities with no raise. Back in October I asked my boss to discuss my next raise for the upcoming year. I was ignored originally, and then later just told my raise was 5%. No discussion or negotiation. Last straw was one of my vacation days I requested for Christmas was denied. She told me it was on hold and would evaluate as it got closer. ABSOLUTELY not. My last day with this shit company was Friday! They begged me to stay. But wouldn’t even match my new pay. Can’t believe I gave this company almost 6 years and that’s how it ends. Here’s my two middle fingers to that company for how they treat their beloved employees!! BYYEE!
