Thats not even 3% because they changed how they calculate our raises. We no longer get our raise on our overall pay, they changed that this year. Now they subtract our shift differential and then give us a raise based off that.
For example: I made 21.85 including shift differential.
They subtract the shift differential 21.85-1.25=20.60
Then they give us our raise based off that. 20.60 x 0.03 = .62
They did this to save pennies. Because 21.85 x 0.03 = .6555 or roughly $0.04
This shit is dumb as fuck. Doesnt even count inflation in. Literally another billion dollar company penny pinching. I hate this system
