Figured this is the best place to ask. I'm working in California, and management recently decided we're not profitable enough, and started laying off most of the team. Those of us left are working pretty annoying hours with a relatively stressful workload.
I can't imagine this place staying open for more than 2 more weeks, but I'm curious if it's better to quit now or to wait for the layoff that I know is coming.
Thoughts?
Edit to add: I've sent out half a dozen job applications in the past few days since the layoffs started
