company is making me do overtime because I have to get off work to withdraw my salary

So, in my country, when you enter a company they open a “salary account” in a bank of their choice. Company ended up opening the account in a bank that doesn't provide a card or internet banking app, so I can't use or transfer the money to my actual account, I can only withdrawal the money in person on the agency where the salary account was opened or request salary portability. The problem is: the agency is on the other side of the city (going by public transportation, about 40 minutes from the work site and about 1 and a half hour from my house, I do not own a car, the banks work 10am to 4pm and I work 9 to 6), even though there is an agency literally one block from my work site. For some weird reason, my portability was not accepted (tried 2 times with my bank and 1 time with theirs).

I told my manager that I would have to make the trip to solve the problem or, worst case scenario, every month to withdraw the money.

He said I could do it, but would have to make overtime to “compensate the time you're not working”.

I told him that's not acceptable and he brushed if off, saying that if I come 10 mins early and leave 10 mins late every day it wouldn't be discounted from my salary.

He told me to go to the agency Monday (not pay day) to try to solve it, but he's already aware that I'll probably have to return next week to do the withdrawal.

What's your opinion on the matter? I'm already looking for another job for some other reasons.

(obligatory “sorry for my bad English”)

Edit for possible clarification: salary accounts are different from normal accounts (checking accounts?), they're free, but do not provide any benefits such as credit, insurance, loans, etc. Some banks provide cards, this one for some reason doesn't (if it does, I wasn't offered one).
