Throwaway account.

I work for a larger corporation that has been allowing full time work from home and hybrid options since early 2020. When we started we were told if we did a good job and proved it worked than it would be made permanent. Since then they have praised how well it has gone as we have handled an increasing workload, large scale projects and a large acquisition and integration of another company.

They are allowing feedback to the decision to be emailed in, and I dont even know if it's worth fighting for or if I should just update my resume and start looking elsewhere…
