Company just hired a new labourer with no experience for more money than I’m currently making as their general labourer.

Ok so I’ve been a general labourer for this company for 2 years and they just hired a new labourer with no experience and no certifications for 3 dollars an hour more than I currently make. I’m pretty pissed off what should I do?
