Company keeps changing the salary lower and lower everytime I interview…

I started out very excited talking to a recruiter for a data management company. The position is for a data quality analyst and the recruiter told me the salary range was 55k-65k. I next interviewed with one of the project managers who said the salary was 50k-55k. When I was speaking with the project manager she said the position on her team is for a program specialist but it's basically the same as the data quality analyst. Today I spoke again with the recruiter and asked her if the position I applied for is the same as the one I just spoke to the project manager about and the recruiter said yes it's the same position you applied for, so I asked her to confirm the salary range she said it is 48k-52k…. I am definitely looking for a move up and was happy with the original range stated in the beginning when I first started the process. This position could still be good for me as I'd being getting experience with different technology, but I also feel concerned about them not having a clear salary or defined position.
