A guy at the small company I’ve worked at has worked tirelessly to oust the union. And he got his way. Total lackey for the boss. A similar organization is In the same union and they make more money, have more laid leave, and many other perks. This guy who drove the union out would have been a member and could have had all these things. But I’ve responded in the best way possible. I e resigned and start working at that other company in 6 days!!!!
