Alright so I was given a contract job in which the contract said I would be paid a certain amount. Without saying too much, I’m 100% positive they are mistaken and agreed to pay me about four times as much as I should be getting. I’m struggling with what to do here. It’s a huge organization and they wouldn’t miss the money. They also are the ones who were negligent and put this high amount onto a legal contract. My question is – if they do end up catching their own mistake, would I be obliged to pay them back? Thanks !
