I interviewed for a job at the start of the year. Got passed the first interview and had to make and give a presentation for the 2nd plus a another interview at the end.
Did all that, 2 weeks go by and told the standard was really high and I was unsuccessful. But they asked if they could keep me on file for any future positions. I just said yeah even tho I never think they actually do revisit past interviewees but couldn’t hurt
End of June, I get an email asking if I would be interested in a position they had coming up, exact same as what I previously interviewed for just a different team. I never even applied for it or knew they were hiring but I said yeah I’d be interested. Had another interview but was pretty much the exact same as the first one. Different women to the first interviewers but I really just repeated what I had said the first time round. They said they’d be in touch asap with feedback and let me know the decision. 2 weeks went by, nothing. So I sent an email to the person who initially reached out to me just asking if there were any updates. Over a month later and never heard a thing. I don’t care about not getting the job, it’s the fact they came to me and didn’t even have the decency to reply to my email. Think I’ll just cut my losses
