Not sure what to do. This is shady as fuck. But I’m contracted to teach classes virtually through a third party corporation and I am only paid for the one hour I’m sitting in front the zoom with the kids. I’m not paid for planning. And with this new assignment I accepted, there is a once a week two hour faculty meeting. This time is not allotted in my contract anywhere. Yet they say it is “mandatory” and I am being told I am required to work without pay. What do I do? I’m in Virginia.
