My coworker and I put up small pride flags behind our computer on our office desks as we are both members of the LGBTQ+ community. When I came in this morning management had taken them down. I work for an insurance company in the UK and they emailed last month about how they support pride but obviously the middle management in my office building have a different perspective. What should I do? Put them back up and see if they take them down again?
