Been working at this company for the last year and half now been putting in 100% effort barely ever called out only took days off that we’re requested and did my position as best as anybody could, we’ll I worked my butt off from 11$hr to 16hr within a year an half and even got promoted to manager, recently I got my raise to 16hr and was happy as hell and now after all the work I put In doing all my training they tell me they found somebody to replace me on my shift so their demoting me back down to where I started and putting my pay back down to 12$hr after a year of me getting to where I’m at. Without any good reason only that “they found somebody to work my shift” is this legal? What can I do about this?
