I just got a survey request from a company that I recently went through the recruitment process with. I went through three rounds of interviews and had to take off work for the second two rounds to fit their availability. After the third round of interviews I didn't hear anything for a couple weeks so I took that as I didn't get the position. It's been about a month since my last interview, and today I got a survey request to rate their recruiting process. I was never even given a rejection, and now they want me to rate their process… Am I wrong to think this is extremely unprofessional?
