Company wants to pay no bonus on anyone who hits less than 80% in targets in a high demanding sales job

I work in sales where my targets 12 a day which is extremely high considering 1 person is 1 sales and i do a 9 hour shift with up to 1 hour break not paid for. The basic is barely above minimum wage here. They're trying to introduce a new bonus structure every month which already is frustrating enough as they're trying to give less money per sale but also my team leader has said starting from next month you'll need to hit 80% of your sales which equals to 192 sales a month which is unbelievable numbers and the bonus you'll get is barely between £1000/1500 more and if you don't hit this then you won't get the bonus at all!

I've kicked off about it as I said I will refuse to work in such conditions as the money I make working in sales is through bonus and now the company have decided to stop giving it if you don't hit such a high percentage! I then questioned him saying what if I get 79% would I miss it on completely?! He then refused to elaborate and kept making excuses and I've told all my colleagues this as well and confronted him about it, we all work remotely as well.
