complained about sheer amount of overtime work and cited health/eeoc concerns

So I started a job and we've lost alot of people. So my manager allowed other Teams to run. So far overtime that my job was a frantic 1 day sprint Last project . I got zero business hours and just was sent my part piecemeal after 5. So I went to hr and said this is a constructive dismissal. Also it's bs to have someone be hospitalized and still working these hours. This is an eeoc issue. And I will escalate .
