I am working in a toxic work environment since last 1 year.
I didn’t want to reach out to HR at the first place but it was bothering me very much. It was taking a toll on my mental health.
I had a call with HR and they listened to me. I told them about my manager and his manager’s behavior.
They have called me for a meeting on Monday. I will explain them in detail as to what has led to this situation.
What will happen now? Can they as HR really help me? Is team transfer a possibility? Will I have to work in the same team again?
What are the options in front of me now?
